For more than two decades, Justin and Kynada Boland have answered God’s call to equip His people and organizations, helping them discover and walk in their God-given potential. Their journey has taken them from teaching in inner-city neighborhoods to serving on missions in Israel, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, as well as leadership and disciple-making roles in local churches. Wherever they go, their mission is clear: to expand God’s Kingdom by empowering others to fulfill their divine purpose.
Building Strategic Connections is the fruit of years of hands-on ministry and a passion for building bridges that unite people for God’s glory. The Bolands are natural builders, equippers, and pioneers—compelled by faith to inspire and mobilize leaders, organizations, and communities toward lasting, Christ-centered impact.
They have worked alongside diverse organizations, government leaders, and community groups. Their approach is anchored in the conviction that true transformation happens when God’s people are strategically connected, resources are stewarded wisely, and the Holy Spirit moves through collaborative relationships.
